Mr. Rodriguez is an Independent Contractor and Associate to PPS. He is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico and instructs many different courses, such as the OPA 90 - Qualified Individual (QI) Certification and Workshop in San Juan.
PPS offers both the OPA 90 QI Full Training Course Program and the QI Refresher Course with Mr. Rodriquez in Puerto Rico. Both courses will meet all the requirements needed by the government and are similar to the courses that the Massachusetts Maritime Academy offers in Buzzard’s Bay, Massachusetts
We will hold these courses periodically throughout the year.
